PLEASE READ THE BOOKING POLICIES BELOW

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

A reminder will be sent to you 2 days before your appointment.

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Your deposit will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled or transferred if rescheduled.

The remainder of your treatment balance will be requested if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No further appointments will be authorised until this payment is made.

If you miss your appointment without notice, the remainder of your treatment balance will be requested. No further appointments will be authorised until this payment is made.

All new clients:- For nail services clients are asked to have bare natural nails at their first appointment, unless otherwise agreed with Nicola prior to the appointment.

For any eyebrow tinting services, a patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment.
